Kato Console Issues

When encountering a console request error, you should first check the console related logs for preliminary investigation.

View Console Log

For the console deployed through the default method, execute the command on the server:

cat /opt/kato/logs/rbd-app-ui/gridworkz.log

View related logs

For the console service through Component Console High Availability Deployment, you can enter the container through the Management Container of Component Management

Execute in the container

cat /app/logs/gridworkz.log

View related logs


After obtaining the relevant logs, you can go to Community to read the post with the prefix [Useage Question], find answers to similar questions, or post a summary of your situation.
